Ok it's a bad cell phone pic I know but the mom wouldn't leave her babies long enough for me to get a good one. I wanted to update everyone on the puppies. They are all healthy and doing just fine. The mother is doing good as well and is starting to want to go with my mom to work lol. I'm happy to see everyone is doing so well and can't wait till they start to venture outside the box.

This is my truck. She is a 2003 Chevy Silverado V6. She has custom 18"rims, a true dual exhaust, euro headlights, custom grill, and a cowl induction hood. She is my baby, and her name is Cindy.

Catches my eye

I've already mentioned I have an art background, so sometimes I see things differently then the average person. I'm not saying I'm special I'm just letting you know how I see the world. I ran across this pic and fell in love with it. Look at it for a moment. Well go on. What do you see? How do you feel about it? I love it. It's sensual and sexy without being provocative. It's a beautiful pic in my opinion. Beauty in simplicity would be the best way to describe it. I just wanted to share this pic with y'all. I hope someone appreciates it as much as I do.

Ok so I had my pic and my speech all picked out, but then something shocked me, and I had to change my mind. My good friend Carl made dinner. Now this was surprising. First of all I've only seen Carl cook bbq, which he does quite well by the way, but tonight he made us chicken caldo. Not to point out the obvious but Carl is white and caldo to me is mom's chicken soup. I had high expectations and Carl's soup totally delivered. Spicy, hearty, home cooked goodness. I was blown away. If you ever get to meet Carl and become his friend you need to have him make this for you. Thank you Carl for a delicious meal and giving me another surprise in your vast skills.

Me in a nutshell.
I was raised by two loving parents with traditional old school 50's values.  I have an older sister and a younger brother. My sis and I never had a good relationship but not because I didn't try. My brother and I as kids got along great but as teens we probably could have killed each other. Our parents kicked us out, long story, and ever since we moved in together he's been my best friend. I've had a job in about every field you can think of and have always succeeded in them. I studied art for 6 years and was in the high school band, I played clarinet. I helped raise my little niece, my sister wasn't ready to be a mom. I tried my best to be a father figure to my little niece, and sometimes I feel like I failed. I work hard for my father's approval, which I rarely get but when I do it means the world to me. I've been studying photography for a while now and I think it's fired up my artistic passion like nothing else in my life. Well the only thing that comes close is creating a new faux finish.
Well that's about it for now. I tried to keep it short but you know how that goes.

Work

I paint houses for a living. I've done this for as long add I can remember. I've had a slew of other jobs, but I've always come back to painting. I really do enjoy my job. What I've come to love the most is faux finishes. They're so much fun and everyone is completely different then the other. I look at them as an original art piece.

That's it. Lol I just wanted to say that.

Another late post but here it is.
This is a pic of my bar. It's petty nice and almost as complete as a real working bar. The funny thing is I'm not a big drinker. I have a fully stocked bar mainly for the sake of having one lol. I do make a killer kamikaze that people swear taste like lemonade but don't be fooled by it's subtle taste.
